My first trip to USA

My adventure started when my mother’s brother my uncle came to Hyderabad and want to take us to Seattle. We all together with my uncle stayed few days in Hyderabad and left for Seattle. My mom, my grand mom, me, my uncle and my sister went to Seattle. We boarded Emirates flight. First, we had to fly to Dubai for 6 hrs. Then we had to wait for some time. Then we boarded a flight to Seattle. I was excited to board the plane. The flight was 15 hrs and 20 min. We finally reached Seattle.

We had to board a bus to get a rented car to go to my uncle’s house. My sister had to get a car seat too. Then finally we all reached house. And we met my uncle’s wife and his son. I was so tired. My aunt wanted to take me and my sister out, but I was so sleepy, so we had to postpone to another day.

The next day me and my mom woke up early. We were used to the time in India. After some time, my sister woke up. We all were jet-lagged.   Then slowly everyone woke up to get the day started. Me and my sister saw a bathtub in their house we were excited to take a shower in that bathtub. We started our day by having a yummy breakfast and set out to explore Seattle.

The first place we went was a park. Me, my sister, my cousin and my uncle went there. It was different compared to parks in India. There was a tap from where people can drink water. We had so much fun. We daily visited a new park. I tasted many new dishes like pancake, Mexican food, cookies, mc Donald’s, pizza etc.

We also visited space needle, cruise ship, different malls etc. It was all different compared to India. We also had a kid’s play gym in the ground floor. In the mall I did a painting on a small idol that they can make it into glass. And my sister played in a kid’s play area next to the painting area.

 After few days of enjoyment my uncle and my aunt surprised me and my sister with tickets to go to Disney land in Los angles (LA). The enjoyment went wild when we heard that news. The next day we all boarded a flight to LA. We had to rent a new car in LA for the trip. After we got the rented car, our first destination was the beach. Because it was winter in los angles, the water was cold, so we want to enjoy in the beach before it gets too cold. The next day was exciting. We went to Disney land. Our first ride was the roller coaster ride. It was kind of a scary ride. After that we went to see Micky mouse. We also saw Minnie mouse. We went on many other rides and had so much fun. Then the trip comes to an end after 2 days.

When we reached Seattle, we went on a cruise ship and me and my sister got a toy from toys R us shop.    We had lots of fun in our entire trip. We reached Hyderabad after 15 days of our wonderful trip. After we reached back to India it just started to snow in Seattle. I am happy to share my experience of my first trip to USA.

The Golden City Of Amritsar

  "Adventure is out there." - Up (Disney Pixar)  Amritsar, the second-largest city in the Indian state of Punjab, is famous for its rich cultural heritage, cuisine, historical significance and the abode to the Sikh religion. I couldn’t believe that I was going to visit that beautiful city. On 29 th April 2025, my family and I headed to the Rajiv Gandhi Airport in Hyderabad to board our flight to Amritsar through Indigo Airlines. We were a group of 9 excited to visit a city completely different from ours. Airports are always chaotic due to their very strategic way of checking, which benefits the passengers and staff. "THE AIM OF ART IS NOT TO REPRESENT THE OUTWARD APPEARENCE OF THINGS, BUT THEIR INWARD SIGNIFICANCE" Art is expressed in many ways. For instance, people express art through decorating, writing and what not. But I express art through painting, coloring , mandala, and shading. For most people art is boring but for me art is something I can express my emotions through. My love for art did not come out of the bloom, it took me time and patience to figure out what is so good about it. My first drawing was when I was 6. It was a typical drawing, few mountains, trees, a small pathway, and a house. I remember feeling so happy and proud of myself that every day I grabbed a sheet of paper and drew what I saw.
